VINCENZO GUARINO

Youthful Executive Chef Vincenzo Guarino was born in Vico Equense and it was here on the Sorrento Coast, in his grandmother’s kitchen, where he took his first culinary steps. His passion for Mediterranean gastronomic traditions led him to travel around Europe, and driven by the desire for perfection, refinement and experimentation, allowed him to strengthen the foundations of his inspiration. Meticulous selection of always-fresh ingredients favoring local produce, quickly bore fruit with a first Michelin star, rewarding his attentive, imaginative dishes. Love for the contrast that enhances individual flavors, almost like a game of hide and seek that also involves his guests who, guided by Guarino’s mastery, rediscover gastronomic delights, satisfying both the eye and the palate. A long journey, renewed daily, as he follows the golden rule of the seasons, selecting the best local produce and offering modern Mediterranean cuisine, rich with new flavors and taste sensations.
