VALENTINO PALMISANO

In 2017 Chef Valentino Palmisano joined the Vespasia project, when a meeting of ideas and the sharing of ethical and professional values led the Neapolitan chef to move to Norcia, after a decade of internationally prestigious experience gained working for large hotel chains, from Shanghai to the Ritz-Carlton in Kyoto.
Listed among the top 10 best Italian Chefs abroad by “Arbiter” magazine, Palmisano is hailed as one of the greatest interpreters of Italian cuisine in Asia – authentic and creative while at the same time linked to tradition.

Trained under renowned chefs Alfonso Iaccarino, Bruno Barbieri, Pino Lavarra and Oliver Glowig, over the years he has also teamed with professionals such as Riccardo La Perna, Massimo Bottura, Domenico Iavarone, and Gaetano Trovato, in his series of international events called “At the table with Valentino”.

In November 2017 Vespasia was awarded its first Michelin star.
