Specialized in Italian Cuisine, Mediterranean and Intercontinental. Its travels and career took him to Rome where he started with Heinz Beck, before moving to Paris with Joel Robluchon where Ihe perfected its techniques. He then moved to Abu Dhabi and been in the UAE for over 4 years.
Its inspiration came from watching his grandmother doing gnocchi in her kitchen at the age of 7. He then knew he wanted to follow his passion and went to Culinary School in Rome. 10 year later, he had traveled all around Europe to explore and to experience all the methods and techniques of the kitchen.
