After obtaining a diploma in hotel and hospitality management in 1997, Giuseppe began
working abroad, gaining experience in California, Australia, China and Thailand. Upon his return to
Italy he continued in the kitchens of starred restaurants. Since
2011 he has been the leading chef at Le Trabe, where he favors traditional cooking and
local products. His creative dishes are characterized by intense and recognizable flavors, realized using
modern cooking techniques, and include influences from different international cuisines.
He was awarded a Michelin Star in the year 2012. The restaurant is part
of Tenuta Capodifiume, a beautiful estate with breathtaking views overlooking
the surrounding landscape: the garden, the water, lights, colors, history –
everything is emotion, everything is an invitation to dream.
