“My passion for pizza began at age 15, where I moved my first steps in this fantastic world, working with those who at the time were the best pizzaioli in my area. I started to study the best way to get a pizza ad hoc for those who were my taste parameters, during my twenties I started following the first pizza championships and first courses to acquire knowledge about dough techniques and various types of workmanship. Today I find myself with a bag of experience in the pizza world that never ceases to fill. After collaborating as an instructor with various trade associations I create my group called “AMICI DELLA PIZZA”. Organizing classic, free style and gluten-free pizza courses. In recent years I have been devoting myself to food intolerances. In summary, I am in three words … Creativity, passion, and love for pizza”
