20th November has been chosen as the date of the biggest culinary event of the year in Dubai – the opening Gala of the tenth edition of the Italian Cuisine World Summit.
A magnificent dinner will be prepared by 27 chefs,15 of whom are coming over directly from Italy for the occasion, including some of the top Michelin-starred chefs in the country, captained by no less than world-renowned Heinz Beck, of 3-star fame.
Welcoming them will be 12 of the best Italian chefs working in Dubai, whose stars are well-noted here, too.
The dinner will be held in the magical atmosphere of the Pavillion of the prestigious Armani Hotel Dubai, spectacularly located within the the highest skyscraper in the world, Burj Khalifa.
Guests are invited to a cocktail hour beginning at 7:30 pm, followed by the Gala Dinner starting at 8:30.
As a special prelude to the big night, the publication celebrating 10 years of the Summit will be presented at 6:30 pm.
The story of this international event, which has made an indelible mark on the history of Italian Cuisine in the World, is a salute to those men and women, true ambassadors of taste, who have continually promoted the best of “Made in Italy” throughout the world.
