IMPRESSIVE OPENING GALA DINNER FOR THE 10TH EDITION OF THE SUMMIT IN DUBAI

In the magic context of the Pavilion of the Armani Hotel, one of the most iconic places of Dubai, the Italian Cuisine and Wines World Summit has celebrated its Gala Dinner. 19 Master guest Chefs, including artisan butchers and bread maker, have created a stunning menu for a competent audience of industry operators and food lovers.

With the presence of the Italian Ambassador Liborio Stellino, the Dubai Consul General Valentina Setta and the Italian Trade Commissioner Gianpaolo Bruno, the Gala has also hosted the launch of Italian Cooking for the Global Village, a collection of recipes on the 10 editions of the Summit.

The book has been presented by Heinz Beck (La Pergola***, Rome), Rosario Scarpato, Founder and Director of the Summit, Mario Caramella, co-founder of GVCI forum online, and Domenico Crolla, from Glasgow, owner of Oro Restaurant and Vice President of the ICW Italian Cuisine in the World Association.

The Gala has been part of the promotional tour for the launch of the network MELIUS – The World’s Best 100 Italian Restaurants.

The Summit’s program in Dubai and Italian Cooking for the Global Village are part of the official Extraordinary Italian Taste project, and the third Italian Cuisine in the World week.
