Extraordinary Italian Taste

In Dubai The Week of Italian Cuisine in the World, will be represented by the 10th Italian Cuisine World Summit Dubai.

The third edition of the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World, a project developed by the Italian Government to promote internationally “the “extraordinary Italian Taste”,the excellence of Italian cuisine and the quality of “Brand Italy” products in the agro-food sector,will go hand in hand with the events that the Itchefs-Gvci network, coordinated by Rosario Scarpato (The-I-Factor), have organized in Dubai until 25 November.

Highlight of the week will be the Gala Dinner at the Armani Hotel- Burj Khalifa, which will see the simultaneous presence of numerous starred chefs over from Italy together with the best Italian restaurateurs of the UAE, 30 chefs in all, working in the kitchen.

Italian Cuisine in the World will be further celebrated that evening with two equally important ceremonies: the presentation of the recently published collection of 10 years of Italian Cuisine World Summit recipes, and the launch of MELIUS, the network to the best Italian restaurants in the world.

The week will continue with a series of special events and encounters, such as the Italian Taste of Dubai, a Pizza Competition and a number of multi-chef dinners.
