A special Pizza Competition will be held on November 23rd during the 10th Italian Cuisine & Wines World Summit in Dubai. Organized as a corollary event to the international launch of the PizzAcademy, it will serve to measure the levels of excellence and quality reached by of the many pizzerias in the city, and throughout the Arab Emirates.
Registration is now open to all those locales wanting to test and compare themselves against similar establishments in the area.
Tradition and creativity will be the ingredients sure to impress the judges, as well as the general public participating in event, which will be held in the Italian Pavillion’s Theatre at Taste of Dubai.
Highly qualified competitors are expected, since the Summit, and in particular Italian Taste, offers local chefs the opportunity to meet colleagues from all over the world, a number of them now recognized as true pizza-making stars, along with producers of those exceptional and authentic ingredients that make pizza, one of Made in Italy’s most symbolic dishes, such a formidable ambassador of Italian taste in the world.
